A project from scratch - Renovation of 180m2

Space Assessment : We start by understanding the current structure of the apartment. With a structural analysis, the division of areas, layout distribution, natural lighting and we quickly realized that all areas needed a total renovation.

Style and Theme : We define the style that the clients indicated to us - we carry out a complete questionnaire with all family members - which helped us in choosing materials, colors and furniture.

Functional Layout: Open Space: Due to the type of construction, it was not possible to plan an open plan for social areas - living room, kitchen and dining. In order to achieve a feeling of spaciousness, it was decided to eliminate non-structural wall sections.

Zones : Specific areas were delimited for different activities - work, leisure, meals - using furniture and design elements, created from scratch for this apartment with the intervention of custom carpentry.

Color Palette : Colors were chosen that harmonize with each other and create the desired atmosphere. Neutral tones with touches of color were a good choice.

Materials: We consider durability and maintenance. The wooden floors were renovated as they were of excellent quality.
