SPACE PLANNING

DEMOLITION OF SOME WALLS, avoiding main walls.

Definition of Zones : Transformation of an extra bedroom with bathroom into a laundry room and storage area. Changing the bathroom in this room to a guest bathroom with entrance from the kitchen.

Layout : An open layout was created from the kitchen to the living room with a cube dividing the space.

Colors and Lighting : use of LEDs and reflectors to create a welcoming environment.

Smart Storage : Transformation of an extra bedroom into storage space with a clean concept using light colors and floor-to-ceiling cabinets.

Windows : Replacement of all windows in the apartment.

Flooring: Use of the existing flooring. It was sanded and closed. Placement of blocks used from extra room in areas created that did not previously exist.

Wcs : Choice of quality ceramics and materials. Installation of shower in the suite bathroom and toilet in the bedrooms. Use of neutral colors to create a bright space. In the suite's bathroom, a shower made of masonry with an integrated bench was created.

Kitchen : Complete renovation with wall demolition in order to take advantage of the existing sunroom space and create more natural light.
